With the publication of the RDC No 211 in the DOU No. 16 dated 2018-01-23 the Validity of Registrations with ANVISA will now be 10 years (instead of 5).
Please be reminded that registration following the "Registro" procedure is required for class III and IV products only, the class I and II products falling under the "Cadastro" procedure are not affected.
