The German Ministry of Health just published some FAQ concerning the German "Betreiberverordnung" (Medical device Operator Order).
Although it does not have a legally binding character it addresses several of the current concern with the interpretation of the order.
Annex 1 of the FAQ list enlarges implicitly the list of products requiring a regular safety inspection (STK) and now also considers CPAP Devices being devices requiring the routine inspection.
